What is your delivery policy ?

We want to make sure that your pack arrives at its destination :) So, we will send your pack by Royal Mail’s registered services so we can track your parcel once it's been despatched. If you wish to obtain the tracking number of your order, just ask us ; then log in to www.royalmail.com to trace your pack.

How long will it take to get my order ?

When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 7 days, but sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. We will however let you know if there will be a delay.
Please note - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.
