Returns and Exchanges 

Goods may be returned in their original condition within 10 working days after receipt of the item by registered mail for a full refund (less postage). Please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Return postage will not be refunded. Please note for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.
you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the invoice and on the return box.
How to request an RA number (Return Authorization)
You can request an RA by emailing us . Or, You can also log in to your account. After logging in, from the Account Menu screen, view previous orders. Select the order, and Scroll down to request a RA. You will receive a reply with your RA number within 24 business hours. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 10 days. Items must be received within 10 days in order to be accepted. If an RA is received after the 10 day window the package will be refused and sent back to shipper.
Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service.
