What's the best way to place an order?
The easiest way to place an order is right here on our website. Browse our online boutique any time of day or night and add the items you'd like to order to your shopping basket. When you're done, click Checkout to check your order and provide the necessary delivery details and payment.
Do you have a shop where I can see your products?
No, lili confetti land is right here. We do not currently operate any retail outlets.
What are your business hours ?
Our business hours are: Monday to Friday - 9h00 to 18h00
( however, you can place an order anytime . day and night :)
What methods of payment do you accept ?
We only accept credit or debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron) at this time. All our prices are in £ Pounds Sterling. If you wish to view the prices in a different currency please visit this currency converting site.

Do I need to register before ordering ?
No. you don't have to register before ordering. However, creating an account with us only takes a few minutes and has a number of
handy benefits including:

How do I track my order ?
If you have an account with us, you can track the status of your order by logging into the My Account section of the website.
I did not receive my order email confirmation
If you have supplied us with an e-mail address in your user account or during your order process, then you should receive an e-mailed order confirmation immediately after placing an online order.

You may not have received our order confirmation due to personal SPAM filters. This e-mail will be coming from order [at] liliconfetti [dot]com. Please add this addresses to your list of approved senders in your SPAM software and into your address book.

If you did not receive an e-mailed confirmation for your order, please check your user account to make sure that your recent order appears in your order history. If the online order does not appear in your order history , then the order was not completed and a confirmation was never sent.
If your online order does appear in your order history but you never received your confirmation, we ask that you add our e-mail address to your SPAM software and to your address book.

Can I change my order ?
Please log into your account and if the order status is still “Processing” it may be possible to change your order before it is despatched, depending on stock availability. Just drop us a line with your customer number and details of your order. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it won’t be possible to amend it.
Can I cancel my order ?
If for any reason we have not despatched all or part of your order, you are welcome to cancel that part of the order at any time - just contact us on orders [at] liliconfetti [dot] com or here .
How do I return something ?
Goods may be returned in their original condition within 10 working days after receipt of the item by registered mail for a full refund (less postage). Please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Return postage will not be refunded. Please note for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.
You must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the invoice and on the return box.
How to request an RA number (Return Authorization)
You can request an RA by emailing us . Or, You can also log in to your account. After logging in, from the Account Menu screen, view previous orders. Select the order, and Scroll down to request a RA. You will receive a reply with your RA number within 24 business hours. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 10 days. Items must be received within 10 days in order to be accepted. If an RA is received after the 10 day window the package will be refused and sent back to shipper. (at shipper charges).
Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service.
