When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 7 days, but sometimes there are delays – regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. We will however let you know if there will be a delay. Please note – A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. Simply fill out the delivery address if different from the billing address. Please specify in comment box if it is a gift. Our wrapping service is FREE !

Due to the fact that item are in limited-edition,there is a small chance that items shown as being in stock might have slipped into being out of stock. We do try our best to keep things as accurate as possible by updating the site regularly. If any item you order turns out to be out of stock we will, of course, let you know as soon as we can. All prices quoted on website are only for online purchases.

Goods may be returned in their original condition within 7 working days after receipt of the item by registered mail for a full refund (less postage). Please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Return postage will not be refunded. Please note for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.
